We believe in harm reduction recognizing that our role is to minimize the
consequences that might result from certain behaviors like methamphetamine
use or risky sexual activity. We promote health and work with the
community to find ways to make staying healthier easier. We have learned
over the past 10 years that the methamphetamine use is strongly connect
with risk sexual behavior that increases the risk for STDs including
syphilis and HIV infection. In our efforts to prevent STDs and HIV,
addressing methamphetamine use, creating methamphetamine awarenes and
treatment programs is very important.
